The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements. “Client”, “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person using this website and accepting the stickers.uk (website by HastingsDesigner) terms and conditions.
“We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to HastingsDesigner.
“Website”, “Site”, “Online Shop” refer to stickrs.uk website.
All words of the above terminology in the singular, plural, capitalised forms are taken as interchangeable and referring to the same.

3. Sale contract and goods
We do our best to ensure all products on the site are
accurately described and available for dispatch within timeframe stated in shipping
and delivery terms. Should an error occur or an item be unavailable we will
contact you with an offer of either reconfirming your order with the correct details
or cancelling your order in which case a full refund of the amount paid will be
issued.
In the event that, after you place your order, we discover an error with the
advertised prices or availability, we reserve the right not to supply the goods
ordered and to offer a refund or alternative goods.
The goods you order will be sent to the address you give when you place your
order unless agreed in writing.
Prior to dispatch of your order additional verification or information may be
required. If the address you provided is incomplete, or we require additional
information to confirm it, we reserve the right at any time after receipt of
your order to place it on hold or cancel it if additional information we
require is not provided after our best efforts have been made to contact you.
Payment can be made by any method we offer during checkout process on our site.
Your order can’t be dispatched until payment in full has been cleared.
We have the right to terminate the contract and cancel your order if full
payment for the goods is not received in cleared funds or the terms of this
agreement are breached in any way.
4. Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of
cleared payment. Majority of orders placed before 2pm during working days usually
dispatched the same day.
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within the timeframe stated at the checkout.
In the case of a lost or delayed delivery we need to wait at least 7 days for
UK, and 14 days for international orders, after dispatch before we can offer a
replacement.
We will have no liability to you for any delay in the dispatch or delivery of
the products ordered.
In the event when a customer places an order using an address that is incorrect
it will be customer’s responsibility to locate the delivery. We will only be
able to resend the order once the original order has been returned to us.
If a customer fails to take delivery of the order for any reason, and it has
been returned to us, we reserve the right to store the goods until the customer
contacts us to arrange a redelivery in which case we may request additional
charge for any costs associated with redelivery.
5. Returns
If you decide to return the goods and cancel your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for the amount paid. On exercising your right to cancel you will be required to return the goods in original and unused condition to us. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving the goods.
Goods which were damaged or faulty when delivered may be returned for a full refund. You must notify us of the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery. We offer a free replacement for damaged or faulty goods in which case you are not required to return these goods. In order to receive a free replacement you may be required to provide a photograph showing the damaged or faulty goods.
In cases when the goods were damaged by you due to incorrect use, or due to not following the instructions provided with the goods, you may not return them for a full refund and we cannot accept such returns.
We cannot accept any returns for goods which have been specifically manufactured or personalised for you. These items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

6. Product information and images
We do our best to ensure all product information and
description on the site is accurate.
All specifications, product descriptions and prices on this site are subject to
change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any
product at any time.
We make all reasonable efforts to provide accurate representation of our
products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual colour you will
see will depend on your device and the way its display is configured, and we
cannot guarantee that your device will show accurate representation of such
colours. Therefore product images on this site are for illustrative purposes
only and may differ from the actual product.

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on stickrs.uk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the Site for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms and Conditions.

We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the goods being dispatched.
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your personal details and order details secure. However, we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to the information supplied by you. Only basic contact and order details are kept by us. No credit card details are stored by us.
We shall have no liability for any damage or injury caused as a result of the use of any product we offer on this site. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item is safe and suitable for the intended use before using it.
In cases when goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, our liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the goods.
11. Warnings
The products offered on this site should not be used by children under 6. None of the products are toys and none suitable for children under 3.
12. Severability
If any term of this contract is held to be invalid it will be severed but the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
